These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HyCooker® online store operated by Vision Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to place an order on this website. By using this site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products

The HyCooker® is a hydrogen-powered cooking appliance manufactured by Vision Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on this website are provided in good faith and are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• A confirmed order at a stated price will be honoured at that price.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets via Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• We do not store any card or payment information on our servers.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is free across India on all orders.
• Estimated delivery time is 15–20 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure events.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Warranty

The HyCooker® comes with a 1 Years manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions.
• To claim warranty, contact us at support@vmechatronics.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Vision Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product excluding taxes.

Our liability does not include any fire incidents caused.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
