At Vision Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., we stand behind the quality of the HyCooker®. This policy explains your options if you need to cancel an order or request a refund.

order number. We respond within 1 business day.
1. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at no charge provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Return policy below.
- Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly. Please refuse delivery when the courier arrives — the product will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after we receive and inspect it.
In such case the refund will be processed after deducting the delivery charges. The refund will be processed only after we receive the product back in the original packaging.
In case, the packaging is not the original packaging the refund shall not be processed.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
- The product must not have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 5% of the order value.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident after delivery.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your HyCooker® arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photograph the damage and email it to support@vmechatronics.com along with your order number.
- We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement unit or process a full refund at your preference.
- Damage caused during transit is covered — we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed as follows:
Step 1 — Return Received
We inspect the returned product within 2 business days of receipt.
Step 2 — Refund Approved
You receive an email confirmation that your refund has been approved.
Step 3 — Refund Initiated
Refund is initiated to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval.
Step 4 — Credit Received
Depending on your bank, the amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card — 5 to 7 business days.
- UPI / Net Banking: Refunded to the source account — 3 to 5 business days.
- Wallets: Refunded to the source wallet — 1 to 3 business days.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are separate from the return policy and are governed by the 1 Years manufacturer's warranty. See our Terms & Conditions for warranty details.
